Fall Fair

Please note that Friday, September 4th is the last day to make hotel reservations. All rooms will be released from the group room block on this date, so please ensure your reservations are made by this date.

1. Click on the link above.

2. Your customized screen will populate

3. Click on the SELECT DATES box at the bottom of the screen.

4. Select check-in and check-out dates from the calendar.

5. Click DONE

6. Select Room type

7. Verify Guests, Date and click Proceed to Checkout

8. Enter Guest information

9. After reading and accepting the Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions, click the box and click Proceed

Group attendees may also make reservations by calling 1-800-760-6700.

Important Information

• We offer complimentary airport shuttle service. Please call 918-384-7800 to plan.

• Check-in: 4:30 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM.

• Early check-in/late check-out is not guaranteed. Late check-out fees of $50 will be incurred after noon.

• Outside alcoholic beverages are not permitted. Alcohol must be purchased at Hard Rock.

• Guests can only access their assigned floor.

• Visitors must meet in the lobby or be given a room key by the guest.

• Lost keys can only be replaced for the guest listed on the reservation.

• Add others as accompanying guests for access.

• Room blocks are not guaranteed to be adjacent or on the same floor.

• Guests must be at least 21 years old to check into a hotel room.
