Early bird price= March 4 to April 10 at 11am
Regular price= April 10 11am to April 26 at 11pm
On-site price = April 27 to May 7, 2026.
Online registration closes April 26th @ 11:00 p.m. Registrations after April 26th at 11 pm will be considered ON-SITE and will need to be paid on-sight. On-sight registration is an additional $100 per person over regular fee.
No cancellation refunds after registration closes April 26, however substitutions may be made on-site.
Cancellation processing fee: During Early Bird registration = $25.00; During Regular registration = $45.00; No shows receive NO REFUND. Registration will be pro-rated due to survey, must notify registration desk at time of departure.
ONLY HALF-DAY, ONE-DAY AND FULL CONFERENCE REGISTRATION IS AVAILABLE. REGISTRATION IS PER PERSON AND CAN NOT BE SHARED.
